A young guy from Chicago moves to California to try to become an actor. The would-be actor ends up getting a job in a butcher shop, where he and a co-worker like to spit on people's meat for some reason. When alone , a blonde runs in being chased by two men. In self defense, the actor runs a knife through one, and she buries a meat cleaver in the forehead of the other guy. Now they're on the run.
