After dropping out of school, Angel takes to the streets, finds work as a topless dancer and soon ends up trapped in a harrowing cycle of prostitution and heroin abuse. Her worried father vows to find her … but when he does, it may be too late. His quest takes him into the underworld of prostitutes, pimps, drug addicts and thieves.
