Phaebon had been thought to be a safe and controlled research facility until a distress signal calls for Commander Steve Kreiger and his robot Tinpan. Commander Kreiger has his hands full. The deadly Delta-Five virus is ravaging the planet Phaebon. Scientists attempt to create a new virus to destroy the Delta-Five. Instead, they unwittingly unleash nearly unstoppable sharp-fanged monsters that were created by the new virus.
