Set in a post apocalyptic future where roving tribes of vandals attack what’s left of society and lone drifter Swan helps save the last remnants of civilized society. The vandal army attempts to attack a group of monks in the "Interzone" which is the last sanctuary on Earth, home of some unnamed treasure and home to telepathic monks. The attack fails, but one of the monks "Panasonic" is sent to find Swan and help him defeat the vandals.
